SPAM Dumai Tahap 2, Pengembangan dan Tantangan Penyerapan
Dengan kondisi penyerapan per Desember 2023, saat ini masih belum dapat memenuhi target penyerapan sebesar 80% SR sebagai persyaratan dimulainya pembangunan Tahap 2 (200 lpd) yang direncanakan pada bulan Maret 2024. Diharapkan PDAM Tirta Dumai Bersemai sebagai PJPK nantinya dapat mengevaluasi serta memantau pelaksanaan kegiatan konstruksi pada proyek ini.
